For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’ (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Joas Zuur

Being part of Grace church teaches me what it means to be a Christian community. I am happy to serve as a member of the music team, playing trumpet or guitar. It is great that Grace is more than a church service. I am excited how this church will develop and take its place in Groningen!

Krina Huisman

‘Grace Church, for me, has been a wonderful exploration into alternative ways of being a church in contemporary society. As a member of the Grace Worship Team (pianist), I seek to create spaces of worship and contemplation by experimenting with different genres of worship, ranging from traditional hymns to hill song.’

Phil Monsbrough

Philip originates from the city of Melbourne in Australia; and together with his wife Erin attended an Anglican church; itself a church plant called City on a Hill and leads a home group.
