For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’ (Ephesians 2:8-10).

GraceTALK + Brunch: What’s Anglican??

Grace Church is a church plant first begun by a group of Anglican Christians in Groningen.  Everyone, from whatever faith background and none, is welcome at Grace.  But what, many newcomers rightly ask, ‘What does it mean to be an “Anglican” Christian?’  Well, there’s no simple answer, as Anglicanism, even in the Church of England where it began, is rich and varied, and it now includes tens of millions of people all over the world.  Even so, on Sunday April 3, at our GraceTALK, Chaplain Sam Van Leer will attempt a very short introduction to key elements of Anglicanism, with the help of the various Anglicans from around the world who are part of our Grace Church community.  Bring yourself and a friend and something to share as we enjoy lunch together!
