For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’ (Ephesians 2:8-10).

GraceTALK

GraceTALK: an open opportunity to hear an inspiring speaker addressing a fascinating topic!  Feel free to bring along some finger-food to share and a friend.

This Sunday (3 June) our GraceTALK will feature Frank Tsiwah, a doctoral student in Applied Linguistics at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and an active member of the ministry team of the Vineyard Church in Groningen.

The main theme of Frank’s talk will be:
The purpose for living: Why am I here? Is there an ultimate meaning in life? How can I find meaning when faced with suffering?
Frank Tsiwah will help us take a closer look at these big questions and point to the uniqueness of the Gospel of Christ (as opposed to other worldviews) in responding to them.
We’ll meet at the Old Catholic Church (Witte de Withstraat 2, Groningen).  The talk will begin shortly after 16:30, and there will be time for questions, discussion and nibbles and drinks afterwards.

We look forward to seeing you!
