Grace Church Service of the Word (2nd Sunday before Lent)

This coming Sunday, February 12th, at 10:30 am, we will celebrate and worship together. And we are delighted, too, that the Revd Ruan Crew, from Holy Trinity Utrecht, will be visiting with us and preaching!
Our Scripture readings for this Sunday (the 2nd Sunday before Lent) are from Romans 8:18-25 (about our present suffering, but that we have a sure hope in the work of God) and Matthew 6:25-34 (Jesus tells his followers not to worry about everything, but to trust in God, and seek His kingdom first and foremost!).
In times of anxiety, these passages, which assure us of God’s eternal care and promises, indeed bless us with peace in our hearts and minds!
There will be a children’s activity offered during the service as well, and coffee and tea afterwards.
