For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’ (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Easter Sunday Service 2021

10:30: Holy Communion

Readings:  Psalm 118:14-24; Acts 10:34-43; John 20:1-18

We cannot have an in-person gathering for worship in the church building this Easter, April 4th, unfortunately, but will have an online livestreamed service, via our Grace YouTube channel, at 10:30 am.
No lockdown will prevent celebration of Christ’s glorious Resurrection in our hearts, even if we are not permitted to gather again in person yet!
Our readings for Easter Day this year are from Psalm 118, Acts 10 (where Peter witnesses to gentiles about Jesus being raised from the dead) and John 20:1-18 (Mary, John and Peter shockingly find Jesus’ tomb empty, but then Mary encounters her Risen Lord).
We will celebrate Holy Communion, as is our custom on principal feast days, but feel free to have bread ready in your home to take part in an agape spiritual sharing.
The order of service is here:
We welcome you to join us online.  Blessings and see you soon!
