For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’ (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Grace Church Service of the Word, 14th Sunday after Trinity

This Sunday we meet to share a Service of the Word together at 10:30 am, and hope you can join us!

In our Gospel reading (Matthew 18:15-20), Jesus counsels us how to address, reduce, and resolve interpersonal conflicts in a wise and constructive way. And in Romans 13:8-14, Paul reminds us that the basis of all our interaction is indeed love, which is what we owe to each other, in all that we do. Living God’s love for our neighbor brings peace, light and warmth, and also prepares us and everyone better for the Kingdom come. Inspiring readings that invite us to be instruments of God’s love and peace!

During the service, for our youngest members, we will offer a children’s activity too, and afterwards, we all enjoy coffee and tea and fellowship together.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
